[PATCH v13 5/7] rust: ww_mutex: add AcquireCtxBackoff

From: Onur Özkan

Date: Tue Oct 20 2026 - 12:05:36 EST

AcquireCtxBackoff wraps AcquireCtx to remember the contended mutex.
The ww_transaction helper provides deadlock retries with ordinary
guards.

After the caller releases its guards, backoff waits for the contended
mutex. Retries keep the same acquire context and ticket.
