[PATCH 1/2] soc: qcom: llcc-qcom: Use lowercase hex consistently

[Kathiravan Thirumoorthy]

Convert the hex values in the Glymur and IPQ5424 configurations to
lowercase so that they are consistent with the rest of the driver.
