[PATCH 2/7] arm64: dts: qcom: shikra-iqs-evk: Add DLC0697 panel overlay

Add a DT overlay for IQS, to enable DLC0697 panel when DLC daughter card
connected to PDISP1 DSI0 on carrier card.
Configure DLC0697 reset GPIO, supplies, pinctrl states and GPIO backlight
controlled through PM8150 GPIO 1.

Disable the default HDMI bridge and connector in favour of the DSI
panel.
