[PATCH 16/24] perf: Flag whether gtrace AUX data carries CoreSight framing

Define PERF_AUX_FLAG_GTRACE_FORMAT_CORESIGHT for the gtrace format
which reports whether the data has been wrapped in CoreSight frame
formatting by a CoreSight sink.
