Hi Konstantin,

gentle ping on this one. This is a regression since v7.0: before
c61326967728, cp copied WOF compressed files correctly; since then it
silently produces zero-filled copies.

Senjin has since posted a fix for the same problem [1]; either works
for me, I just want to make sure the bug gets fixed. Mine also covers
deduplicated files.
