I'm pleased to announce the 6.6.159-rt82 stable release.

This is Wen Yang's backport of Sebastian Andrzej Siewior's
changes to the backlog-NAPI smpboot thread mechanism from upstream
to v6.6-rt. This is actually a backport in preparation of a larger
series going back into v6.1-rt, mainly to keep parity between these
two branches in terms of RT specific changes.
