[PATCH 6/6] MIPS: Ingenic: Add Platform makefile for X1600 and X2000

Introduce the arch/mips/ingenic/Platform file to define the default
kernel load addresses for X1600 and X2000 SoCs. Both platforms are
configured to use 0xffffffff80010000.
