[PATCH 01/11] MAINTAINERS: fix the Amlogic VDEC binding path

The binding was renamed to amlogic,s4-vdec.yaml, but the MAINTAINERS
entry still points to the old amlogic,s4-vcodec-dec.yaml, so the file
