The MPM driver now supports two ways to handle sending the RPM notification,
either in the genPD's power_off callback as power domain provider, or within
the CPU_PM notification framework. Removing #power-domain-cells instructs MPM
driver to follow the latter path, which as explained in cover letter would
help avoid probe dependencies.
