Apologies for the duplicate - it's a mail-delivery artifact, not two
submissions.

An initial send of this v7 (23 Oct) went out through our corporate
SMTP, which the lists' DMARC check partially rejected: the outbound
filter altered some messages after they were DKIM-signed, so the cover
letter and the MAINTAINERS patch were dropped while patches 1-4 still
reached the list. I resent the identical v7 (26 Oct) through the
b4/kernel.org relay - this thread - with the full cover letter, all
five patches and a base-commit. No code changed between the two.

So the authoritative series is the 26 Oct one
(20261026-cmh-b4-a-v7-v7-0-500a83faf500@xxxxxxxxxx). I've marked the
23 Oct copies (patches 1-4) Superseded in Patchwork, so only the 26 Oct
series remains active. Future rerolls will go out only via the b4
relay, so this won't recur.
