Conversion to ELF

I just got done converting a Slackware 2.2.0 system from a.out only to
a.out and ELF. I had to sort-of follow the move_to_elf document I found
in SunSite, but had to wing it a lot since the instructions seemed to be
aimed at someone who used to use ELF as secondary. Since I had no Elfish
stuff on my system (clean install from the CD and all) there were a lot of
adjustments to the instructions necessary.

Is there any interest in me posting my notes to the list? I'm not sure
how many people have a.out only systems and are trying to convert to
ELF from scratch.

I could probably upload the file to someplace like shadow.cabi.net (as long
as I don't look at anything, right?) for future reference, if desired.
