Hi,

the attached patch lets you configure the mcdx driver (for old Mitsumi
CDROM drives) without editing mcdx.h manually.

Changes since the last version: - corrected a typo (was MCD_ instead of
                                                        MCDX_ )
                                - Patch for 2.3.39
