2.3.39 TCP Oops

Hmm, I just received the following oops on 2.3.39 after trying to connect
to ftp.kernel.org with lftp and then ncftp and receiving "connection
refused" a few times. I've never seen this before. This is a dual
processor box.

After the Oops happened I couldn't do anything at all (no sysrq or
console switching).
