oops on continous file read.

Hi,

        When i am reading a huge video data
file ( 99 MB ) i am getting this oops on kernel
version 2.2.12-20. This is happening when i run
the app more than 4 times.

I am not able to analyse this oops.
Can any one help me.
Attached is the oops and the output of ksymoops.
