Adobe Easy CD Creator _Deluxe_ Edition >= 3.5 has vcd creator,
you need mpeg-1/320x240 29.97FPS NTSC/320x288 25FPS PAL or
.dat (ripped straight off vcd), but it is not under Linux :(

cdrdao can copy vcd to plain cdr...
