Dear Prasert,
It looks as if your existence has annoyed some people, and
that/those people used various Linux lists for implementing
his/their wrath.
You won't receive more email from the VGER's lists, but we are
not the entire world, and some other sources may be feeding
email to you.
Anyway, the person doing this didn't even care to hide his
identity very much.
WE - list system keepers - DON'T LIKE ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR!
Now it is our turn to implement our wrath..
