Andreas and Ulrich asked for a fcntl64 to make sure when fcntl64 returns
-EINVAL it's really -EINVAL and they should not fallback in fcntl in such
case (only if they get -ENOSYS they will fallback).

The 2.3.x version is here:

        ftp://ftp.*.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/andrea/patches/v2.3/2.3.99-pre6-pre3/lfs-lock-4

(the last patch was also fixing a little error return bug that I'll
extract if the patch won't be merged for any reason)

The 2.2.x version that should work with the above 2.3.x compatibilty is
included in 2.2.15pre19aa1:

        ftp://ftp.*.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/andrea/kernels/v2.2/2.2.15pre19aa1.bz2

(separate patch is in the directory and it's called zzz-lfs...)

For allocating the syscall number on sparc I used random selection. If
random selection is wrong let me know and I'll fix it, thanks.

Andrea
