Do not rely on klogd to convert oops reports, it gets it wrong far too
often or provides incomplete data. Start klogd with -x (probably in
/etc/rc.d/initd/syslog) so it leaves the oops report alone. Then use
ksymoops[*] to convert the report, ksymoops is much better at checking
the System.map against the running kernel and provides more detail.
