Still some stuff to come here.
Al's found a few races, there's the i_nlink++/-- abuses to clear out
of dir.c, and there's the treatment of non-uptodate pages resulting
from failed read_cache_page() in the symlinks code to sort out.
Patches are pending for most of these.
The last issue is the silly-delete stuff. We need to use the original
deleter's credentials, and to ensure that a signal by the last closing
user of the file doesn't cause delete to fail.

Should be fixed. See the nfs_destroy*() stuff in cleanup_module().
