EEPRO100 again problems on pre9

Hello!

With pre8 Kernel, the EEPRO100 driver works fine, but now on pre9 I've the same (old) problems.
A little ping to the next linux server (with 3x905 Boomerang 100baseTx network card) over a Switch have 80% lost packets.
NFS didn't work any more (like pre6).

I don't know what's wrong.
