You aren't running with "noasic", presumably? What's the network load
like?

I very much doubt it's a hardware problem in this case. The only hint I've
found so far is the syslog entries indicating the IRQ handler has been
reentered, which the driver appears to regard as a problem. If it's
non-reentrant code being reentered, things will go wrong...
