Statserial opens the serial port in question. It suffers from
"interfering with normal operation".
The /proc/tty/driver/serial is however the winning hint. I'll make my
application use that when available, and I'll make my drivers support
a similar file. I'm not sure how the filename is determined, under
tty/driver, but I'll figure it out.
