2.3.99-pre9 spinlock definitions...

Hello.

I tried recently moving to the latest 2.3.99-pre9 kernel and ran into this
warning...

SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED is defined in include/asm/spinlock.h
and in

include/linux/spinlock.h (with some gcc workaround for older gcc)

can the one in linux/spinlock.h be removed safely?
