I have mixed Andre's AMD7409 driver and new Vojtech's VIA stuff...

improvements:
- supports arbitrary PCI clocks
- correctly sets Address Setup Time register
- /proc info enhanced
- single-word DMA support removed
  (timings were incorrect)
