While working on console system I noticed this redundent code. In con_init
after vc_init the palette is initialized. If you look at vc_init the
palette is initialized there. So this patch removes setting the palette
twice.
Q: Why did they deprecate a.out support in linux?
A: Because a nasty coff is bad for your elf.
