[BUG] while testing 2.4.0-test4 age lru

Hi,

When trying to start latencytest I got this BUG.
And I don't think that my patch can be related...

Code looks like:

Now I can't restart latencytest it complains on
  ERROR: open /dev/dsp: Device or resource busy

I will try again when I restart tomorrow...
