Patch: tiny fs/partitions/Makefile cleanup

        Thank you for applying my patch to fs/partitions/Makefile.
Alas, there is an ibm.o driver that appeared in fs/partitions, which
I had not noticed when I made my previous patch for you. Sorry for
missing it. Here is a patch that makes its Makefile entry consistent
with the others.
