CML2 0.7.3 is available

This is a cleanup release. 0.9 and final-beta status will probably be next.

There is a new section in the documentation on good style in rulebase
composition.

Release 0.7.3: Sat Jul 22 22:20:59 EDT 2000
        * Fixed a bug in -i handling.
        * Added -b (batch mode) option.
        * -DFOO=x now handles y,m,n as x values.
        * Warn user when no output files have been specified.
