The first patch removes all shameless copies of memory management
functions used in some drivers (originally used in bttv driver)
and put all them into videodev.c file (v4l support, AFAIK the best place
to put these functions).

Other patch add preliminary mmap (without copies of mm functions) and
VIDIOCMCAPTURE in the Colour Quickcam driver. Also bumped up the
version from 0.05 to 0.06 (by Claudio Matsuoka <claudio@conectiva.com.br>)
