Since i saw that the kernel sources now had a DRM video driver
for my Rage 128 card, i decided to try it out. --Don't know if
this is the proper place to report DRM problems; hope so.
i get the following errors if i try to load the r128.o driver
as a module:
---------------------------------------------------------------
# modprobe r128
/lib/modules/2.4.0-test5pre4/misc/r128.o: unresolved symbol r128_init
/lib/modules/2.4.0-test5pre4/misc/r128.o: unresolved symbol r128_cleanup
/lib/modules/2.4.0-test5pre4/misc/r128.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.0-test5pre4/misc/r128.o failed
/lib/modules/2.4.0-test5pre4/misc/r128.o: insmod r128 failed
---------------------------------------------------------------
When i compile the DRM driver into the kernel, along with
the agpgart.o driver, i get the following on bootup:
---------------------------------------------------------------
Jul 25 10:49:57 pie-9 kernel: agpgart: Maximum main memory to use for agp memory: 149M
Jul 25 10:49:57 pie-9 kernel: agpgart: Detected Ali M1541 chipset
