Ok that can probably be done easily. If we add a null define for say
'published' to the relevant objects you can awk them ?
The interfaces are easy (add a few more sysctl/proc entries) for the sysconf
stuff. fpathconf might need more work.
Give me a precise list of needed sysconf items
