Sorry this got in by mistake.

There is no channel tri-state interface for hotswap ATA schedule for
release in 2.4.0.

I missed this one line to pull.

Promise Ultra33/66/100 support will not compile unless you apply this
patch. Again my error.

Do not ask for this support until 2.5.0
