Looks like I triggered some bug in FAT code of 2.4.0-test6. I'll try to
test with 2.4.0-test7 when I'll have chance. This is how it looks:

That is: looks like if I'll try to read big file (perhaps bigger then
available RAM?) I'm getting rare random errors. With small files it does
not occur.
