Have you read the headers to the .../i2o/*.h files DPT provided? Sounds
clear to me:

+ * I2O SIG grants the user of this header file a license to copy, distribute,
+ * and modify it, for any purpose, under the following terms. Any copying,
+ * distribution, or modification of this header file must not delete or alter
+ * the copyright notice of I2O SIG or any of these Terms and Conditions.
...

It goes on to stipluate no "selling" the headers, leave the I2O SIG copyright
and license terms intact, mark what has been changed from the I2O SIG's, etc.
No where does it say I cannot distribute those headers as is or with
modifications.

I know there are (or were) restriction on distributing the I2O headers
directly from I2O. I haven't cared to read the terms in the last few years.
(What kind of idiot writes specs without numbers in them?)
