In CZ, we have Mr. Proper too - it's same as Mr Clean, but 'proper' doesn't
mean anything in czech too. I think it's just an international name for
that tool, which is using everywhere.

I think we explained it totally cleanly (properly ;-) and we are going really
offtopic now ;-).
