Auditing of the CML1 configuration system reveals that the following entries
in Configure.help are orphans -- that is, they correspond to configuration
symbols not in use in 2.4.3.
The patch following the list garbage-collects the Configure.help file.
Symbols marked 'removed' are removed; symbols marked 'kept' are retained
because they are commented out in the CML1 sources but might become
active again. In three cases I have identified and fixed entries
corresponding to renamed symbols.
