This problem appear with kernels 2.4.18 2.18.19 and 2.4.20-rc1
(I also tried 2.5.2-dj, and it happens with it too)

Most usually crashing process is kswapd, but it happens to other processes too.
I thought it might be related to swap but turning it off doesn't fix the problem.
