[PATCH] hardirq.h needs smp_lock.h

From: Christoph Hellwig (hch@lst.de)
Date: Thu Dec 05 2002 - 10:30:43 EST

Many architectures use kernel_locked() in the defintion of in_atomic()
in hardirq.h, but only ppc actually includes smp_lock.h to get it.

Fix up the others.
