This is 2.4.21-pre4 compiled on RH73 with
gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-113)
Dell PowerEdge server with P4 Xeon 1.8GHz and HT activated.
We were running stress testing for webserver, usual apache/php/mysql load
and then some light NFS load.
