problem with ACPI 2.4.22 vs 2.6.0-test4

Hi,

In both of kernels is ACPI 20030813, but acpi in 2.6.0-test4 successfully 
poweroff my computer instead of acpi in 2.4.22 which doesn't and I see only 
"Power off" message and I have to press poweroff button for 5 seconds to kill 
my computer...

Where is problem?
