[2.6.6] Reiserfs error ("vs-8115: get_num_ver: not directory item")

Since booting 2.6.6 final this morning (compiled with GCC 3.3.3), there have
been four of the above messages. Apparently, from what I can tell this is
coming from reiserfs. I have noticed some file corruption as of 2.6.6-rc3.
I have a program I've written and used for several years now that crc32
checks incoming data before writing it to the drive. However, out of about
1gig of data, there seems to be around 2900 bytes written as zero's
somewhere within the good data. Verified again by a totally separate crc32
check from PAR2 (http://parchive.sourceforge.net/).
