[PATCH] PowerPC Virtual Ethernet driver

Marcelo,
This patch adds the inter-partition Virtual Ethernet driver for newer
IBM iSeries and pSeries systems... It applies against your latest tree
(2.4.27-pre2)... Jeff Garzik approved it a while ago and it has the
latests bug fixes from the 2.6 version...
