PROBLEM: [2.6.7] irq 3: nobody cared!

hi kernel Volks,

2.6.7 runs into problems while setting up usb stuff and disables IRQ#3,
(at least, for me) see kern.log:

for more information regarding the system and its hardware, see
attached lspci output. Both, 2.6.6 and 2.6.7 are using the same
