[patch] voluntary-preempt 2.6.8-rc2-H4

i've uploaded the latest (-H4) voluntary-preempt patch to:

Changes from -H3 to -H4:

 - fixes the ext3 bug reported by Zwane Mwaikambo
 - port to 2.6.8-rc2

There are also patches are against 2.6.7-vanilla, 2.6.7-mm7 and
2.6.7-bk20.
