2.6.7-tiny1 + new mailing list

This is the latest release of the -tiny kernel tree. It's primarily a
resync with 2.6.7. It drops a number of features that have been merged
upstream and fixes some compile issues with certain options.

Also, by popular demand, I've created a mailing list for linux-tiny
