Hi,
newbie questions:

1. is there a configuration for CONFIG_PREEMPT + softirq-defer ?

2. is there a need for softirq-lock-breaking with `CONFIG_PREEMPT +
   softirq-defer'? CONFIG_PREEMPT should be able to preempt ksoftirqd
   right?
