kernel 2.6 and networking enhancements

Hi,
I will really appreciate if someone can point me to documents, notes, papers
etc. about the enhancements in the networking stack of kernel 2.6,
guidelines for NIC driver development to make use of such enhancements,
ipsec offload, tcp offload etc.
