[PATCH 2.6.10-rc2-mm3] mips: fixed memory mapped I/O of IDE on MIPS

This patch fixes memory mapped I/O of IDE on MIPS.

The MMIO of IDE on MIPS, the read*()/write*() are correct methods for it.
