2.6.10-rc3-mm1 on a EPIA CL-6000 gives weird eth1 messages... (additional info)

Hello,

Here's some additional info on my post 2.6.10-rc3-mm1 on a EPIA CL-6000
gives weird eth1 messages.
It's a VIA EPIA CL-6000 with this ethernet hardware:

PCI: Found IRQ 11 for device 0000:00:0f.0
PCI: Sharing IRQ 11 with 0000:00:10.3
eth0: VIA Rhine III at 0xde000000, 00:40:63:d6:40:a7, IRQ 11.
eth0: MII PHY found at address 1, status 0x786d advertising 05e1 Link 45e1.
PCI: Found IRQ 9 for device 0000:00:12.0
PCI: Sharing IRQ 9 with 0000:00:10.0
PCI: Sharing IRQ 9 with 0000:00:11.1
eth1: VIA Rhine II at 0xde002000, 00:40:63:d6:40:75, IRQ 9.
eth1: MII PHY found at address 1, status 0x786d advertising 05e1 Link 0021.

Eth1 is connected to an alcatel speedtouch home, yielding these messages
once in a while:
