[PATCH 2/29] FAT: Updated FAT attributes patch

From: OGAWA Hirofumi
Date: Sat Mar 05 2005 - 14:12:01 EST

This updates the FAT attributes as well as (hopefully) corrects the
handling of VFAT ctime. The FAT attributes are implemented as a 32-bit
ioctl, per the previous discussions.
